Calling All Volunteers! Friends of Brooklyn Park need your help!
✨ Lend a hand and make our Spring Auction a resounding success! ✨
We're seeking amazing volunteers to help us make our Spring Auction on April 11th an unforgettable evening. All proceeds from the Spring Auction go towards our Summer Youth Program at Brooklyn Park. The auction will be held at Winterhaven Elementary School, 3830 SE 14th Ave, Portland, OR 97202. Volunteers of all ages are welcome!

Available Volunteer Roles:
Marketing & Promotion: Help get the word out about the auction and solicit local businesses for donations
Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests with a smile and ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
Silent Auction Setup/Breakdown: Assist with setting up and taking down the exciting auction items.
Wine Pull & Restaurant Row Setup/Breakdown: Help prepare and dismantle these popular fundraising features.
Food/Dessert Setup/Breakdown: Assist our lead caterer with bringing foods out to the buffet area, setting up the dessert dash area, then breaking it all down.
Decor/table Setup/Breakdown: Assist the Design Lead with decorating the table with this year’s theme/color scheme.
Event timeline:
Setup (3-4 PM)
Auction (4-7 PM): Running activities, wine pull, dessert dash, serving food
Cleanup (7-8 PM)
Volunteer Perks:
Recognition in auction program, complimentary food at auction
