Come join Friends of Brooklyn Park for our Halloween “Cans for Candy” social distancing event.
It is on Halloween Day, Saturday, 10/31, from 10AM - 12PM at Brooklyn Park on Milwaukie Ave.
Bring a bag or bucket of redeemable cans and bottles and get a screechy clean bag of candy (4-6 pieces). Kids can play our spooktacularly safe BOO!! bag game for a chance at an extra bag of candy.
We are raising funds for our Summer Youth Program .10¢ at a time with over $4,200 raised so far this year. Not only will you leave with a bag of safe candy (or two), but a blue bag that can be filled and turned into a Bottle Drop location to donate directly to Friends of Brooklyn Park.
Costumes are encouraged; masks & social distancing are required.
OR - If you have bottles to donate but would rather have them picked up at your home, we are always picking up around the neighborhood by request as well. Please email fobrooklynpark@gmail.com to schedule a porch pick up!
